Warehousing, fulfilment and returns
A European stock location for brands selling across Europe, whether or not their goods are made in our atelier.
The hub is planned for fashion, beauty, accessories, lifestyle, wellness and home brands (non-food only), including UK, Swiss, US and Canadian brands that need a European address for stock and returns.
We are qualifying first clients for a scoped pilot. Cross-border routes depend on agreed import arrangements: a French stock location does not by itself settle a brand’s customs or tax position, so we agree these with you before goods arrive.
How the hub will work

Inbound and putaway
Advance shipping notice (ASN), check against your packing list, SKU and EAN barcode scan, and putaway to a recorded storage location.

Order preparation
Orders picked by SKU, size and colour for direct-to-consumer, marketplace and wholesale, packed to your brief: tissue, inserts, branded boxes.

Carrier handover
Carrier and marketplace labels, tracking recorded and the agreed order status updated.

Returns handling
Returns received, inspected and graded, then restocked, repacked or routed as you instruct.

EU fulfilment is a service in development. Packages, minimums and service details are illustrative and will be finalised with each client.

What we agree with you.
- Product and SKU list. Barcodes (EAN) and size and colour variants.
- Inbound paperwork. Packing list and commercial invoice for each delivery; customs set-up for non-EU brands.
- Order profile. Orders a month, channels, parcel sizes and destination countries.
- Carriers and labels. Service levels, marketplace labelling and packing requirements.
- Returns policy. How returns are graded and where each grade goes.
