Working with us

How we work, and how it is quoted

How a project runs

Brief to dispatch.

01

Brief

Share your design or requirements. We classify the enquiry as development, production, fulfilment or combined work and ask for anything missing before committing.

02

Sample

Pattern, first sample and fit revisions until you approve. A sample is not production approval: you confirm construction, measurements, materials and colour first.

03

Produce

Small runs made in France to the approved specification, checked against it, with a release record at the end.

04

Store

Planned EU stock intake and inventory records, with the release record linked to SKU, size and colour.

05

Ship & return

Orders packed and dispatched to your requirements; returns inspected and handled as agreed.

Commercial basics

How work is scoped and priced.

Atelier

Quoted per brief. The quote states scope, quantities, lead time and what is included, in writing, before work starts. Minimums depend on the garment and capacity.

EU hub

Agreed per quote. Charges depend on the space you need (pallet positions, shelving or bin locations), your SKU count and your order profile. Service levels are grouped in four packages, below.

Payment terms

They vary depending on the request and the scenario, and are confirmed in each quote.

01

Storage Hub

For brands testing EU logistics.
An EU address, receiving and storage.

02

Fulfilment Starter

From 50 orders a month.
Adds pick & pack and returns intake.

03

Fulfilment Growth

From 150 orders a month.
Adds marketplace labels and monthly reporting.

04

Operations Partner

From 300 orders a month.
Adds product preparation, light QC and account reviews.

EU fulfilment is a service in development. Packages, minimums and service details are illustrative and will be finalised with each client.

Getting started

Qualify, pilot, repeat.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Minimums depend on the garment, its construction and our capacity, so we confirm them in each quote. Put your target quantity in your brief.

How long does production take?

Lead times reflect the work in each garment and current capacity. The quote states the timeline before work starts.

Can I supply my own fabric and trims?

Yes, where suitability and quantities are agreed.

Do I have to use both services?

No. The atelier and the EU hub can each be used on their own.

Can the hub store goods made elsewhere?

Yes. It is planned for brands whose goods are made anywhere, including outside the EU.

Is the EU hub operating today?

It is in development. The atelier is working today, and we are qualifying first clients for a scoped pilot of the hub.

Who handles customs and VAT for non-EU brands?

These routes are agreed before goods arrive, and the brand remains responsible for its own obligations. Take advice from a customs or tax adviser.

What can the hub not handle?

Food and other products outside what the hub is set up for. Ask us if your product is a fit.

How is EU hub storage charged?

It depends on the space you need and your order profile, so charges are agreed per quote.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms vary depending on the request and the scenario, and are confirmed in each quote.

How do I get started?

Send a brief. We reply with a recommended starting point, usually a scoped pilot with clear acceptance criteria.
